First off ive been growing crop king seeds for ten plus years always had good success. The gelato strain is definitely more designed for the experienced grower beautiful plants dark purple leaves fruity notes very pungent aroma definitely a good stone liked by all my smoker friends bought 5 seeds all 5 grew beautifully. Harvested8 ounces per plant in cocoa and happy frog with greenplanets full nutrient line thanks again crop king will continue to purchase your seeds just got blue cookies and have to say im super excited

Very pleased with Crop King always reliable. They also always honor their warranty as long as you know what your doing and it’s not your fault in the germination. With that here’s my review of GELATO. I did four seeds and all popped nice white tap roots and healthy looking. Went right into 3 gallon air pots with coco mixed with worm castings. All four sprouted and started the vegetation together. This shows the genetics are uniformed and all looked the same, no deviation in the growth cycle. Vegetation was brought out to six weeks since I (SOG) all four. Surprising GELATO really loved the nutrients through this process. Did a lot of leaf removal and trimming into the flowering stage. At the 12×12 period was a big stretch first three weeks was very impressed with pistil’s everywhere. By week 4 (SOG) was the best idea for this grow. Everything was nice looking colas and starting to fatten up. Feeding with nutrients twice a day going into week 5. Kept the pH around 5.90-6.15 from week 5 to week 14. The girls flowered into week 13 and the trichomes just turning milky halfway into week 13. Week 14 was no nutrients and a week of flushing. GELATO really is shocking as my colas were fat as a softball and dense. My only suggestion to a novice is to get a couple of grows under your belt and understand how to grow to bring out the full potential of your final product. Also be very careful during the drying and curing as the buds are very wet inside. Don’t want mold on such a beautiful end product. CROP KING I’m very impressed.

I ordered 5 seeds (Gelato) last yr and I always start them the Crop King way with no problems at all. My problem was one of my cats ate three of them… lol… So I brought my little green house inside in April and transplanted them outside in June. I had one pound and 5 ounces off my two plants. I was satisfied. I’m ordering more this year and will make sure to bring my green house inside…lol
